We had a great first day in Winnipeg, went for a bike ride to explore the city a little bit. Rode from the apartment to Assiniboine Park, saw Winnie the Bear, got lost, saw some amazing mansions on Wellington Crescent. There is some old money in Winnipeg, Calgary has some affluent neighborhoods but nothing like this. It was mansion after mansion for a couple kilometres I’m sure..or maybe not, we were riding so it may have seemed longer :).

It was just under 30 km, was a warm day here too. I hope summer is here!
