Today was our last beach day in Florida, it was one of the nicest days we’ve had in Panama City Beach, which was a nice send off (I took the pic after the clouds rolled in, it was sunny 🌞).
Our stay wasn’t exactly what we thought it would be…we didn’t use the pool at all, it wasn’t quite as warm as we thought it was gonna be and in general we probably could’ve spent a week here rather than 4. Woe is us…I know 😊. No regrets, we’ve just learned to not assume that because we have a certain expectation of a place that we should do some research anyway. We assumed because we were in Florida it was going to be sunny and 25.
We’re off to New Orleans tomorrow, excited to explore a new city that’s been on our list of places to see 😊.
To our friends and family back home, stay safe and warm. Hopefully the cold passes soon, we’re thinking about you all 😊❤️
Safe travels!
Travel Safe and enjoy 😌❤️
Totally astute observation. I was saying the same thing about weather and expectations to Megan and Harry. They were in Victoria a few weeks ago and we totally bumped into them when we were there and talked about parkas and snow and all the things they didn’t know about west coast Canada. And, like, we were so cool.
