Well, it’s here…we have officially left our hometown. It took us leaving for us to explore Jasper and the Columbia Icefields (post to come) and discover there are 2 Panda Express in southeast Calgary! It is our go to at most US airports, I would call it elevated mall Chinese food but with American size portions, so good.
When we left for our first Airbnb we were fully loaded, needless to say the first move was painful, we have since downsized significantly. At first we each had 2 full suitcases of clothes, 3 rubbermaid totes of essentials and 3 small bins. We are now down to 1 suitcase each and 2 of the small bins fit into the rubbermaid totes. We can probably downsize a little more but…it is manageable, we’ve been able to get our loading and unloading down to 2 trips and have been much happier for it :).
