The drive to Savannah was long, google said 4 hours and a bit when we left Wilmington but after driving for 3 hours we still had 2 to go. A few interesting sites along the way, the hunters parked on the side of the highway loading their deer into their truck then another group with one of them standing on the side of the highway holding his shotgun, the sign observing the lords day beside the rap snacks. We are in the south ya’ll. Once here and checked in to the hotel we drove into Savannah and walked the historic district, houses built in the 1800’s and the tree lined streets are beautiful.
